Mockup of the redesigned Aly+ backoffice: Report screen with current balance, credit and top-up chart and top-ups by segment, with two enlarged cards
Mockup built with the Report screen from the redesign, exported from Figma. The redesign screens from Figma, with company tax IDs and third-party names blurred, are in # interface.

# my part

I built the product end to end: the app, the company website and the dashboards, with the Aly v2 design system designed in Figma.

# the product

Three solutions with one goal: giving a company control over expenses, payments and ad campaigns.

A digital account for corporate incentives and expenses; AlyAds, with virtual cards and limits per campaign; and batch Pix transfers to multiple recipients.

# backoffice

In the redesign, I designed the backoffice for both sides. The client company’s one has Report (balance, credit and top-ups per month, top-ups by segment and user data), Orders, Statement, Participants, Cards and Batch PIX. The Aly+ admin one has an overview, Companies and Treasury.

The language is the same everywhere: white cards with a light border, ocean blue and sky blue, pill buttons, statuses in semantic colors, main actions always in the same spot and a warning before any risky change.

The demo below recreates the Report and Orders screens with fictional data.

# demo

The company backoffice as drawn in the redesign. Switch the branch, move across the chart, add balance and pay the load waiting in Orders: balance, chart and history change together.
